Please contact Dr. Donna via email or call her at 847-607-8416, if you have any questions about a Nutrition Consultation for your pet or need help scheduling.

To schedule a Nutrition Consultation, please fill out and submit the following two forms*:

Note: *SpectorDVM Consulting will not sell or disperse any of your personal information.

Send your pet’s Veterinary Medical Record:

  • If your pet has any known medical problem(s), please send Dr. Donna a copy of your pet’s veterinary medical record via email (DrDonna@SpectorDVM.com) or fax (847-521-4960)
  • If you do not have a current copy, Dr. Donna will ask your veterinarian for the information.

When will I hear from Dr. Donna?

Once Dr. Donna has received your completed consultation forms, she will send you a confirmation email with any additional questions she may have.

What is the fee for a Nutrition Consultation?

Please see the Fees & Billing policy for Nutrition Consultations. Once you have scheduled your Nutrition Consultation with Dr. Donna, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you.Once payment has been received, Dr. Donna will send her recommendations to your veterinarian within 24 hours for a commercial diet request or within 5 business days for a balance of a home-cooked diet.

The information Dr. Donna Spector provides through Medical Consultations, Nutrition Consultations and Weight Loss Programs (hereafter called Consultations) is not intended to substitute for in-person evaluation or specific professional advice from your veterinarian. Dr. Donna’s Consultations must be performed in conjunction with your veterinarian’s participation. Your veterinarian is your pet’s primary caregiver.
