  •  Consultation with you and your veterinarian. Your veterinarian is your pet’s primary caregiver.  It is necessary that Dr. Donna consult with your veterinarian in order to obtain accurate medical information and to assist your veterinarian, if needed, in creating a plan of treatment and follow-up for your pet.
  • A detailed written report of Dr. Donna’s assessment—within 48 hours of consultation, Dr. Donna will email or fax your veterinarian her report.  The report will include a detailed assessment of your pet’s weight problem and include possible options for food type, feeding strategy, exercise, and instructions on monitoring your pet to achieve safe and effective weight loss.
  • Educational obesity article—a general article written about obesity by Dr. Donna will be provided for informational and educational purposes only.  A chart to record daily feeding and weekly weights will be included for ease of reporting your pet’s progress to your veterinarian.
